By using Hermez you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Description of Service

Hermez is a web application that provides a unified inbox for Facebook Messenger conversations across multiple Facebook Pages. The service connects to your Facebook account via the official Facebook Login and Graph API to display and send messages on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Facebook account to use Hermez. By using Hermez you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Facebook Platform Compliance

Hermez is built on Facebook's Platform. As a user of Hermez you agree to comply with:

You may not use Hermez to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate Facebook's community standards or messaging policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Hermez for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems
  • Use Hermez to send bulk unsolicited messages or spam
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of Hermez
  • Use Hermez in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service or Facebook's infrastructure

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Hermez account and Facebook connection. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Hermez — including the software, design, and trademarks — are owned by Hermez. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hermez is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hermez and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Hermez at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Hermez after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
